Lufthansa's first class customer service

I hate them. Yesterday I email them to ask what happened to the miles I should have received for my last trip to the States. Of course I checked the website before to make sure they were not credited. Their answer was:
"To consult your mileage credit, please visit our website and click on that link and that link."
The typical copy and paste from a customer service agent who didn't read my question. So I write them again and tell them that I don't like how not serious they are blah blah blah, and they reply to me: "The miles are credited on your account, you could have at least checked the website".
These bastards credited the miles after my second email and then told me I could AT LEAST check the website before complaining.... It took all my energy and good will not to reply or write them a compain letter.
